Rental Options

We offer flexible rental packages designed to suit a variety of events, budgets, and timelines.

  • One-Day Weekend Rental (Fri, Sat, or Sun) — $4,500

    Enjoy exclusive access to Sweet Pear Homestead from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. This option is perfect for celebrations with moderate setup needs, allowing you to create a beautiful event without feeling rushed. With the venue’s natural charm and scenic backdrop, you’ll find that less décor is needed—letting the landscape and existing lighting do much of the work for you.

  • Two Consecutive Weekend Days — $7,000

    Give yourself the gift of time. This option is ideal for couples planning a rehearsal and a rehearsal dinner. With two full days, you can thoughtfully prepare your space, connect with loved ones, and ease into your celebration.

  • Full Weekend (Friday–Sunday) — $9,500

    Turn your celebration into an unforgettable weekend experience. With extended access, you can enjoy meaningful time with your guests, and truly settle into the beauty of the homestead. Our picturesque property can accommodate RVs, campers, and tents making it easy to invite close family and friends to stay on-site. Host a rehearsal dinner, spend your days by the river, explore nearby shops and restaurants, and create lasting memories beyond the main event.

  • One-Day Weekday Rental (Mon–Thu) — $2,500

    A charming and budget-friendly option, perfect for smaller gatherings, intimate weddings, or special celebrations. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the venue during the week and experience all the natural beauty it has to offer.

Capacity

We can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests. Please reach out to us directly if you're considering more than 200 guests so we can explore the best solution for your day.

Alcohol Guidelines

We are happy to allow alcohol on our property with proper planning. Any type of alcohol is permitted (liquor, wine, and beer).

For most private events a Washington State Banquet Permit (typically $25/day) is required. Alcohol must be provided by the host or guests and not sold at the event

While not required, we recommend working with a licensed bartender for safety and ease.

Restroom Accommodations

Please note that our venue does not have permanent restroom facilities due to occasional flooding of the Wenatchee river.

You are welcome to arrange portable restrooms through any vendor of your choice. For optimal guest comfort, we recommend providing 1 restroom per 50–75 guests.
