Our premium unit features three spacious restrooms, each equipped with a modern sink, mirror, flushing toilet. Significantly larger than standard portable restrooms, they also include lighting, air conditioning, and Bluetooth speakers for added comfort and convenience.

  • Our luxury bathroom trailer rents for $1,400 per day. We are happy to offer guests of the Sweet Pear Homestead a $200 per rental day discount. This is a flat rate that includes everything needed for a seamless experience. The price includes:

    • Full delivery, professional setup, and teardown

    • All cleaning and servicing after your event

    • Stocking of toiletries (hand soap, toilet paper, hand towels)

    • Fresh water and waste tank service

  • We provide free delivery within a 60-mile radius of Cashmere, WA. Delivery outside this area is available for an additional fee—please contact us for a custom quote.

  • The trailer features three separate, private restrooms and is designed to comfortably serve events with up to 250 guests. It performs exceptionally well for weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private parties.

  • Our unit offers high-end finishes, spacious individual restrooms, air conditioning, mirrors, quality lighting, running hot and cold water, and a beautiful exterior that blends into upscale events. Guests consistently comment on how impressed they are with the comfort and cleanliness.

  • The trailer requires a reasonably flat area approximately 19’ long,  9’ 2” wide, 11’ 3” tall,  with clearance for delivery. 

    The trailer is completely self-contained. We only require access to a standard 110V power outlet (or we can provide a generator for an additional fee).

  • We recommend reserving the luxury bathroom trailer as early as possible, particularly during peak wedding and summer months when availability is limited. That said, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. Feel free to contact our team — we’re happy to check availability for your date.

  • Unfortunately, our portable restrooms are not ADA accessible.

  • Yes! Multi-day rentals receive a 10% discount.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to the full rental amount. We are happy to work with you to reschedule when possible.
